A Certificate of Currency is a document that confirms a current policy is in place for the sums insured shown on the date that the certificate is requested.
A Certificate of Currency is valid only for the day on which it is issued and represents information current at the time of your request. There is a cost associated with this service.
The document is delivered as a downloadable and printable PDF. It requires Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view and print the document - Adobe Acrobat.
You will receive an email with a link to the document which will be available for a period of 3 days between the hours of 6am to 11pm AEST Monday to Saturday and 6am to 5pm AEST Sunday.
If you have requested a copy be sent to you via fax or post, your request will be processed within 3 working days from the date received.
Certificate of Currency online are not available for Community Association/Title policies, please contact your local branch for assistance.

Also you will receive an email that will include a link to a PDF version of the document you have ordered. The document will be available at this link for a period of three days from the time ordered. Again you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view and print the document.
If you have requested a copy be sent to you via fax or post, your request will be processed within 3 working days from the date received. Please allow up to two weeks for postal delivery within Australia.
CHU will send you a confirmation of your order via email.
When you order a document, the details of the policy will be checked against the CHU database to determine whether the policy is current and the information is available. If the policy is no longer current or the information is not available, you will be notified on screen to contact CHU.
Certificates of Currency purchased are non refundable.
