With our new digital underwriting platform StrataTech, you can complete all policy transactions directly to:

  • instantly complete and accept new quotes and renewals
  • make policy changes and complete endorsements
  • upload/attach related policy documents such as valuations
  • generate customer documents such as renewal certificates and certificates of currency.

It’s a choice, it’s your choice. You can choose to continue to contact your local branch for assistance or alternatively you can complete some or all of the policy transactions yourself via CHU StrataTech. The familiar CHU team will continue to be available to you. CHU StrataTech is an option that puts you in control.

CHU Underwriting Agencies may have access to shared services from SGL, including: compliance tools; procedures; manuals and training; legal; HR banking; and group purchasing arrangements. These services are funded by SGL, subsidised by SGL or SGL receives a fee for them.
