What is a Certificate of Currency?
A Certificate of Currency is a document confirming that your insurance policy is current and includes details of the sums insured, the policy type as well as the policy expiry date. A Certificate of Currency represents information current at the time and day of your request.
Request a Certificate of Currency
To request a Certificate of Currency, please email or call your local branch. Please be sure to have your Strata Plan Number and Policy Number ready or included in your email.
If you have requested a copy be sent to you via fax or post, your request will be processed within 3 working days from the date received. However please allow up to two weeks for postal delivery within Australia.
