Interview: The evolution of CHU Claims

CHU’s CEO Bobby Lehane interviews Andy Martindale, Head of Claims about the evolution and internal disruption of the CHU claims process. Bobby and Andy discuss how CHU improved efficiencies internally, launched a CHU loss adjusting company and have been involved in some of the largest catastrophes to date. Andy also talks about the recent Townsville disaster and the importance of being on the ground to have local presence so that CHU could support the lot owners, strata managers and our brokers up there as well.
